Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to ordering the wrong item.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Tracking Your Order: Your tracking number is sent via email once your order ships.

  • Delays: If your shipping is delayed, please contact the shipper directly (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) with your tracking number to locate your package.

  • Our Responsibility: Once we drop your package off with the shipping company, we no longer have control over its transit or delivery. Please do not email us regarding shipping delays; these inquiries must be handled directly through the shipping company.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs again to have the package re-sent.

  • Return Fees: If a package is returned to us with an "added fee" or postage due and we have to pay the fee to release the package, that fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photos of the damaged product and packaging to tramplifeindustries@gmail.com. Once we receive and review your claim, we’ll make sure everything gets sorted out and send a replacement as soon as possible.
